Delivery Information

UK DELIVERY

The standard delivery charge is £3.50.

Greeting Card & sticker sales only will be charged £1.95.

If you spend £30 or over then delivery to a UK address is free of charge.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. A mobile number and email is always required for this service.

At this time we only deliver within the UK.

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the first day of the working week.

A confirmation email will be sent out when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays as this is beyond our control. 

We aim to package all orders in packaging that will fit through a standard letterbox. However, this will depend on the size of the order etc. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery agent decides not to place the package through the letterbox. Sadly this is beyond our control.
