Delivery Information

UK DELIVERY

The standard delivery charge is £2.95.

If you spend £30 or over then delivery to any UK address is free of charge.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. A mobile number and email is always required for this service.

EU DELIVERY CHARGES

Charges to EU countries is a flat rate of £10.00 (up to to a weight of 1kg only)

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked Service and can take up to 5 days to deliver. 

Please note, we do not charge VAT for EU countries at checkout. Therefore, you may be subject to additional local VAT/ Customs charges upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. This is of July 2021.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Flat rate of £15.00 (up to a weight of 1kg only)

International customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country's regulations. The value of the good will be declared on the Customs form and any charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the first day of the working week.

 

A confirmation email will be sent out when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays as this is beyond our control. 

We aim to package all orders in packaging that will fit through a standard letterbox. However, this will depend on the size of the order etc. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery agent decides not to place the package through the letterbox. Sadly this is beyond our control.
